Key Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in line with business objectives.

- Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify product opportunities.

- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.

- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

- Prioritise product backlogs based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Work with technology teams to ensure product functionality, usability, scalability, and performance meet expectations.

- Track product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and relevant business or product analytics.

- Coordinate release planning, product launches, stakeholder communication, and post-launch improvements.

- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

- Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance insights to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience in product management, product development, business analysis, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.

- Ability to translate business requirements and customer needs into actionable product requirements.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, operations, design, or technology.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to balance business priorities, customer expectations, and technical considerations.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product management platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on digital products, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or technology-enabled business solutions.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer experience, and product usability.

- Familiarity with product analytics, market research, and data-driven decision-making.

- Experience coordinating product launches, feature enhancements, and product adoption initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
