Job Description:
The Full-Stack Software Engineers primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Node.js and related technologies. This role will involve developing robust backend services, APIs, and their corresponding client-side applications, ensuring seamless integration and a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment management, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise across all technologies, platforms, and tools utilized by the team.
- Produce high-quality technical designs and software solutions by adhering to industry best practices, architectural principles, and coding standards.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through verbal and written channels.
- Partner with business teams to understand business processes, functional requirements, system composition, and end-user needs.
- Contribute to project planning activities, including effort estimation, technical design discussions, risk assessment, and solution reviews.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure application stability, performance, and operational continuity.
