About the Role:

We are looking for a Redis Engineer (DBA) responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Redis platforms supporting high-performance and real-time applications. The role will focus on ensuring Redis platform availability, scalability, performance, security, and disaster recovery readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and administer Redis databases and clusters across environments.

- Monitor Redis health, availability, capacity, and performance.

- Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot Redis-related issues.

- Manage Redis replication, clustering, backup, and recovery processes.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness of Redis platforms.

- Implement and maintain Redis security, access controls, and operational standards.

- Perform upgrades, configuration changes, patching, and routine maintenance.

- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support Redis-based applications.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Hands-on experience in Redis Database Administration.

- Strong understanding of Redis architecture, clustering, replication, and high availability.

- Experience in performance monitoring and tuning.

- Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.

- Good troubleshooting and database administration skills.

- Understanding of security and access management for database platforms.

- Ability to work with application and infrastructure teams.
