Role : Associate Product Manager, Delivery Experience (DEX)

About EatSure:

EatSure is Rebel's own consumer platform. It exists because "who cooked your food, and what happened to it on the way to you" stopped being an acceptable blind spot. EatSure stands for assured goodness across the 4Ps: Product, People, Processes and Packaging.

The Charter: Delivery Experience (DEX)

Every EatSure order ends the same way. A rider picks it up from one of our kitchens and hands it to a customer. DEX owns that last leg end to end. We own both sides of a two-sided problem: the customer and the rider.

What you will own:

- Rider App & Rollouts: Own rider-facing features and how they are released.

- Rider Payouts: Own per-order payouts, incentives, surges and exceptions.

- Last-Mile Customer Experience: Own the metrics and product levers that determine delivery quality.

- Rider Availability & Acquisition: Forecast rider requirements and build levers that make riding with Rebel the preferred choice.

Preferred Experience and Attributes:

- 1 - 3 years of experience across Product Management, Product Analytics, Operations, Strategy or Engineering.

- Analytical rigour: Go beyond what moved to understand why. Working knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred.

- Systems thinking: Understand how decisions connect across the DEX ecosystem.

- Comfort with ambiguity & the field: Sometimes the truth is at a kitchen at 8:45 PM on a Friday.

- Clear communication: Be equally comfortable presenting a quarterly roadmap and writing a precise JIRA ticket.

- Judgement on money & trust: Every payout decision must be accurate, explainable and defensible.
