Real Time Data Services - Assistant Team Lead - Software Development

Description :

- Architect robust, scalable, and secure backend components for cloud applications.

- Contribute to database design, data integrity, and performance tuning.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and robust data-handling mechanisms.

- Optimize application performance and ensure low-latency, high-availability systems.

- Build efficient, cloud-native services that support CI/CD and containerized deployments.

- Implement unit and integration testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery.

- Contribute to design discussions, system architecture, and technical documentation.

Required Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture and REST/APIs.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

Qualifications :

- 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in Go (Golang).

- Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.
