React.js & Java Microservices Developer (6-8 Years Experience)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js for modern front-end development and Java Spring Boot Microservices for scalable backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications, developing secure and resilient microservices, and deploying cloud-native solutions using container technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in delivering high-performance digital applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Front-End Development :

- Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.

- Create reusable UI components and shared front-end libraries to improve development efficiency.

- Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement effective state management using Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks.

- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and external services.

- Troubleshoot UI issues, perform debugging, and participate in peer code reviews.

- Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Stay current with evolving React.js technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

2. Backend Development :

- Design and build scalable, high-performance Java Microservices using Spring Boot.

- Develop reactive applications using Spring WebFlux or other reactive programming approaches.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for enterprise applications.

- Build resilient microservices with retry policies, circuit breakers, and fault-tolerant architectures.

- Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

- Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and observability for production-ready services.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy applications on Azure or similar cloud platforms.

- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

1. Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 6-8 years of experience in software development.

- Strong programming expertise in Java.

- Extensive experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

- Proven experience developing end-to-end Java Microservices.

- Hands-on experience with Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux or similar technologies.

- Strong understanding of React.js and modern front-end development practices.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and service integration.

- Hands-on experience with Docker for application containerization.

- Experience using Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Proficiency with Git and GitHub for source code management.

- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

2. Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with Azure Cloud or other public cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of microservices security, API gateways, and service resilience patterns.

- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
