Job Title : Senior Microsoft Fabric Developer.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Fabric Developer with strong hands-on experience in building modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using Fabric and Azure data services.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Engineering & Development :

- Design and build data solutions using :

1. Lakehouse, Warehouse, and OneLake in Fabric.

2. Fabric Data Pipelines and Dataflows Gen2.

- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using :

1. Azure Data Factory.

2. Azure Synapse Analytics.

3. Azure Databricks.

- Implement transformations using PySpark / Python notebooks.

Data Modeling & Architecture Implementation :

- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers).

- Develop optimized data models (star/snowflake schemas).

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance.

- Work with architects to align with data governance and standards.

Power BI Development :

- Build and optimize Power BI semantic models using Power BI.

- Implement :

1. Row-Level Security (RLS).

2. Incremental refresh.

3. Aggregations and performance tuning.

- Create reusable datasets and dashboards for business users.

Modernization & Migration :

- Contribute to migration initiatives :

1. SSIS - Fabric.

2. ADF / Synapse - Fabric Pipelines.

3. On-prem SQL - OneLake.

- Refactor legacy pipelines into modern Fabric-based solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (1 year).

- Expertise in PySpark, SQL, and Python.

- Experience with Azure data ecosystem tools.

- Solid understanding of :

1. Data warehousing concepts.

2. Lakehouse architecture.

3. ETL/ELT design patterns.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Experience working in large-scale data platforms.

- Microsoft certifications (Fabric / Azure).
