Role : Machine Learning Engineer (Associate Architect/Senior)

Experience Level : 3 - 9 Years

Work location : Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

Role & Responsibilities :

- Developing end to end solutions powered by AI/ML for use cases on a production scale projects beyond POC.

- Generating insights with huge amount of data.

- Communicate the analysis results effectively with the clients and internal stakeholders.

- Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying, optimizing and/or maintaining existing ML models to enhance the overall solution.

- Strong stakeholder & team management skills.

- Working closely with external stakeholders in defining requirements for ML use cases & enhancement of solution.

Skills expectation :

- Hands-on coding experience, fluent in Python & SQL.

- Experience in Pyspark.

- Great analytical skills with attention to details.

- Expertise in ML algorithms such as Logistic regression, Cluster analysis, Decision trees, XGBoost, LightGBM, Statistical modeling & Predictive analysis.

- Experience in Time Series forecasting using algorithms such as ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet etc.

- Experience with ML techniques like Deep Learning and ANN.

- Familiarity with Databricks and Azure environments.

- Experience working with scalable, highly-interactive, high-performance systems/projects (ML).

- Must have experience in putting models in production.

- Experience in post production deployment including MLOps would be a plus.

- Prior experience in working with Retail/CPG domain would be a plus.
