Role Overview :

As a Technical Team Lead at Quanteon Solutions, you will spearhead the design and development of complex software systems while mentoring a high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad. You will bridge the gap between high-level business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our products are not only scalable and secure but also leverage the latest advancements in LLMs and cloud infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that directly influence our clients' ability to manage data and automate intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the development of full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js to ensure high availability and optimal user experience for our enterprise clients.

- Design and manage complex database schemas across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and high-performance retrieval for large-scale applications.

- Lead the integration of Generative AI and LLM-based features using LangChain to provide clients with advanced automation and intelligent data processing capabilities.

- Direct the deployment and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, ensuring cost-efficiency and system reliability through effective storage virtualization strategies.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning within the team.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of REST API-driven services.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js) with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code.

- Proven ability to manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, in high-traffic environments.

- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions, specifically utilizing LLMs and LangChain frameworks to solve real-world business problems.

- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and storage virtualization techniques, with the ability to architect secure and resilient infrastructure.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead distributed or hybrid teams effectively.

- A minimum of 5 - 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
