Role : Senior AI/ML Engineer.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI application architecture, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs.

- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.

- Build intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and vector databases.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions.

- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.

- Guide and mentor engineering teams through technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Drive AI adoption across products by identifying automation and intelligence opportunities.

- Ensure high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software.

- Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.

Tech Stack & Experience :

- 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI development.

- Strong experience with: Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents.

- Experience integrating AI APIs such as: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude.

- Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.

- Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and AI application architecture.

- Knowledge of AI model evaluation, prompt optimization, and AI safety best practices.

Educational Qualification :

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
