Qentelli - Engineering Manager - .Net Development

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Engineering Manager with a strong background in .NET development, AWS cloud and SAFe Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for leading high-performing engineering teams, managing end-to-end software delivery, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers working on .NET-based applications deployed on AWS.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and QA to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

- Drive Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) in accordance with SAFe Agile principles.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Monitor project health and proactively address technical risks, resource gaps, and blockers.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).

- Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and team performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 3-5 years in engineering leadership.

- Deep expertise in Microsoft .NET/.NET Core, C#, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular - nice to have).

- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.

- Strong understanding and practical implementation of SAFe Agile frameworks.

- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architecture.

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- SAFe Certified (SAFe Agilist or similar)

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Developer

- Microsoft Certified: Azure/AWS/.NET Developer (optional
