Role Overview :

As a Cryptography Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and auditing complex security protocols that protect sensitive data against both classical and emerging quantum-based threats.

You will work closely with our research scientists and software engineering teams to translate high-level cryptographic algorithms into efficient, production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize cryptographic algorithms to ensure high-performance data security across various platforms.

- Architect and implement Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) solutions to future-proof organizational infrastructure against quantum computing advancements.

- Conduct rigorous vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security loopholes in existing systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate secure protocols into blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.

- Perform mathematical modeling and simulation of cryptographic primitives using MATLAB to validate theoretical security assumptions before deployment.

- Execute ethical hacking exercises to stress-test system defenses and ensure compliance with global data security standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in C++ and Python for developing secure, high-performance applications and cryptographic libraries.

- Strong foundational knowledge of cryptographic principles, including symmetric/asymmetric encryption, hashing, and digital signatures.

- Proven ability to design and analyze security protocols, with a specific focus on Post-Quantum Cryptography and lattice-based schemes.

- Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and applying ethical hacking methodologies to secure complex software architectures.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize MATLAB for algorithm simulation and performance evaluation.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a research-driven environment.

- Minimum of 1 to 4 years of professional experience in a security-focused engineering role.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Hyderabad, contributing to a culture of collaborative innovation.
