Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Python/AWS) to lead the backend architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Python (Flask), AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3), and database optimization, along with strong experience in CI/CD automation and cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead backend systems ensuring scalability, uptime, and resilience.

- Design, build, and maintain microservices and REST APIs using Flask.

- Develop optimized RDBMS/SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora) and ensure performance tuning.

- Manage AWS cloud deployments using Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and S3.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

- Lead and mentor distributed teams, establish coding standards and conduct code reviews.

- Set up robust logging and monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align development goals with business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Programming : Python (Flask), Celery.

- AWS Services : Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3.

- Architecture : Microservices, API Gateway, Distributed Systems.

- Databases : PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Performance Tuning.

- DevOps Tools : GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

- Monitoring : ELK Stack, Cloud Watch, Prometheus.

- Methodology : Agile/Scrum.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Experience :

- Proven track record in high-scale product environments emphasizing uptime and defect prevention.

- Strong background in leading and mentoring engineering teams across distributed geographies.

- US Healthcare domain experience (HIPAA, PHI, EHR integrations) is highly preferred.
