Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Python & PHP Developer for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, integrating with cloud services, and supporting scalable web applications.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) :

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications using Python and PHP.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews.

- Integrate applications with Cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Maintain and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and project managers for timely delivery.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years of overall IT experience

- 4+ years hands-on experience in Python

- 5+ years hands-on experience in PHP

- 2+ years experience in Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Laravel framework

- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience with version control systems like Git
