Python Lead - Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable microservices in production environments.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Argo workflow, Argo CD, and Jenkins.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable systems.

- Develop and maintain REST APIs and related frameworks.

- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and implement unit testing frameworks.

- Manage and monitor databases such as Redis, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

- Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud platforms (AWS/OpenStack).

- Implement authentication and authorization frameworks (e.g., Keycloak, ADFS, Okta).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the development and production environments.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in any programming language (Python/Go) - 7+ years of experience

- Basic understanding of Operating system and data structures.

- Good understanding of K8s, any cloud (AWS/OpenStack)

- Experience in any CI/CD tool - GitHub/Argo workflow, Argo CD, Jenkins

- Exposure to TDD and implementation of unit test framework

- Knowledge of REST APIs and frameworks.

- Hands-on in any database - Redis/Click house/MongoDB/PostgreSQL

- Basic understanding of kubectl CLI, helm, docker, Linux

- Experience in building production grade and scalable micro-services.

- Experience in implementing authentication and authorization frameworks and using frameworks like Keycloak, ADFS, Okta,
