About the Role :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and implement applications/sites, with a primary focus on Python.

- Lead and mentor the technical team for all maintenance and new site tasks.

- Proactively address all technical issues and coordinate with teams.

- Participate in the agile development process to ensure project deliverables are met on time and with high quality.

- Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution.

- Monitor development activities and report project progress.

- Understand specification documents and perform coding as per the requirements and standards.

- Write and optimize moderate to complex SQL queries.

- Should be able to run complex queries and handle data-intensive operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and performance.

Skills :

- Primary : Expert in Python, including Django, AWS.

- Experience working with third-party web services and APIs.

- Good knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

- Should be able to create, execute, and optimize complex queries.

- Strong knowledge of Shell Programming for automation and scripting.

- Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, XML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS.

- Good communication skills verbal and written, for effective collaboration with global teams.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Masters Degree (B.Tech/MCA).

- 6 to 10years of experience, with strong expertise in Python development.

- Strong programming and debugging skills.

- Good aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.

- Must have contributed to code review processes.

- Good communication skills for coordinating across geographically distributed teams.

- Strong team player with leadership qualities.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to LLM (Large Language Models) and Generative AI tools.

- Understanding of cloud and cloud-native technologies.

- Experience with containerized applications and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of distributed systems and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Zookeeper).
