Job Description :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable high-performance applications using Python, TypeScript, and React.

- Build and enhance modern web applications with responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

- Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise-grade solutions.

- Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks.

- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for knowledge-driven applications.

- Build intelligent AI agents, chatbots, and conversational assistants to automate business processes.

- Integrate AI/ML models with web applications and enterprise systems to deliver innovative user experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and UX designers to define and deliver scalable solutions.

- Ensure application reliability, security, performance, and maintainability through best engineering practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the full technology stack.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, Generative AI advancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python development

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks

- Experience building RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI-powered applications

- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React.js

- Expertise in API development and integration using REST principles

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar

- Understanding of software design patterns, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices
