Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Developer specializing in Generative AI, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated LLM-based applications that drive core business value. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and product stakeholders to architect robust pipelines that transform raw data into intelligent, actionable insights. This role is pivotal in shaping our technical roadmap, ensuring that our AI integrations are not only innovative but also secure, scalable, and highly performant for our end-users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions by integrating Large Language Models into existing enterprise ecosystems to automate complex business processes.

- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure high-accuracy, context-aware responses for mission-critical applications.

- Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless communication between AI models and front-end interfaces.

- Engineer sophisticated prompt strategies to improve model output quality, consistency, and reliability across diverse use cases.

- Manage and scale VectorDB implementations to support efficient data retrieval and semantic search capabilities within large-scale datasets.

- Leverage cloud-native AI services such as Azure Foundry and AWS Bedrock to build, test, and deploy production-ready AI models with high availability.

- Collaborate with engineering leadership to establish best practices for code quality, system architecture, and AI model governance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python development with 8 - 12 years of experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade software applications.

- Proficient in implementing LLM-based architectures, including hands-on experience with RAG frameworks and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.

- Strong understanding of VectorDB technologies and their application in managing high-dimensional data for AI workflows.

- Proven ability to design and maintain microservices architecture, ensuring modularity and scalability in distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, specifically utilizing Azure Foundry and AWS Bedrock environments.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects within a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad.
