About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Python + GenAI Developer to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Python and practical exposure to GenAI (Generative AI) frameworks/models.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, innovation, and a passion for AI-driven development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based applications and APIs.

- Build and integrate GenAI models into existing applications for automated workflows or conversational interfaces.

- Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering for model optimization.

- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate GenAI models for specific business use cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, DevOps, and Product to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with proper documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/LLM technologies and Python frameworks.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong programming skills in Python 3+ years

- Experience with GenAI / LLMs for at least 6 months

Hands-on Experience With ANY Of The Following :

- OpenAI, Google Gemini, LLaMA, or other LLMs

- LangChain / LlamaIndex

- Hugging Face models & transformers

- Experience working with APIs, REST, Flask/FastAPI, and microservices

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB nice to have)

- Familiarity with ML pipelines, datasets, and model deployment

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- MLOps exposure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

- Prompt engineering & RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Understanding of data security and compliance in AI models

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

- Problem-solving mindset with innovation-driven thinking

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred)
