Hiring : Senior Software Development Engineer - Python Full Stack (Vue.js) | Mumbai

We are hiring for our client's Investment Engineering team, which builds the technology platforms behind order management, compliance, portfolio analytics and data infrastructure.

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)

Experience : 8 - 14 years

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : 55 LPA

Tech Focus : Python Full Stack | Vue.js

What you will do :

- Design, build and deliver full-stack applications using Python with Vue.js (or React/Angular)

- Build scalable backend services and APIs in Python

- Own features end to end, from requirements and architecture to deployment and production support

- Build integrations across APIs, databases, data pipelines and enterprise systems

- Handle performance investigations, incident resolution and root cause analysis

- Work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into robust solutions

- Take part in code reviews, design and architecture discussions, testing and documentation

What we are looking for :

- 8 - 14 years of software engineering experience, preferably in financial services, investment management or capital markets

- Strong hands-on Python and backend development (APIs, microservices, data integrations)

- Hands-on front-end experience with Vue.js, React or Angular

- Solid fundamentals : API design, databases, authentication, architecture, testing, deployment

- Ability to work independently and own deliverables

- Strong communication with technical and business teams

- Experience in Agile environments

Good to have :

- Generative AI exposure (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)

- Vector databases and AI integration patterns

- Azure, Snowflake, Java/JVM familiarity

- Exposure to financial markets or trading

- Experience in large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise environments
