About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, React, and modern web technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have experience building microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-ready applications while working across both backend and frontend technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.

- Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and JavaScript.

- Develop and integrate microservices and event-driven applications.

- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and application deployment.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.

- Design, develop, and optimize solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable APIs and application components.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Apply understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and statistical modeling concepts where relevant to application development.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in software/full-stack development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.

- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and JavaScript.

- Working knowledge of Java and ability to work across multiple programming languages.

- Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and statistical modeling concepts.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with C++, Go, or Rust.

- Experience with Dash or similar data visualization frameworks.

- Exposure to Financial Markets or FinTech applications.
