Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development - Python:

- Strong hands-on experience in Python with advanced knowledge of Python programming concepts.

- Experience in developing and maintaining production-grade Python applications.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modular application design.

- Experience designing scalable, maintainable and reusable Python components.

Flask / FastAPI:

- Strong hands-on experience with Flask or FastAPI.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of API architecture, request/response handling and API versioning.

- Experience implementing request validation and data validation.

- Experience integrating authentication and authorization mechanisms into APIs.

- Good understanding of background processing and asynchronous job patterns.

- Experience handling API errors and implementing standardized error responses.

- Experience implementing health-check and readiness endpoints.

- Experience building scalable and highly available backend services using Flask/FastAPI.

- Knowledge of API security, authentication tokens and integration with enterprise applications.

Third-Party and Native Library Integration:

- Experience integrating Python applications with third-party SDKs and external libraries.

- Experience working with native libraries or .NET-backed libraries from Python applications.

- Ability to understand and integrate external APIs, SDKs and enterprise platforms.

- Experience handling dependencies, compatibility issues and error scenarios during integrations.

File / Document Processing:

- Strong experience in complex file and document processing using server-side applications.

- Experience handling large files, streams and asynchronous file-processing workflows.

- Ability to design reliable processing mechanisms for long-running and resource-intensive operations.

- Experience with document parsing, transformation, validation or extraction workflows is preferred.

Asynchronous and Long-Running Jobs:

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and long-running job patterns.

- Experience designing background workers and asynchronous processing workflows.

- Ability to handle resource-intensive operations without blocking API requests.

- Experience implementing job status tracking, retries, failure handling and monitoring.

- Knowledge of queues, workers and distributed processing patterns will be an added advantage.

Frontend Development - ReactJS:

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS for modern web application development.

- Experience developing reusable and responsive UI components.

- Strong understanding of React components, hooks, state management and lifecycle concepts.

- Experience integrating ReactJS applications with Python REST APIs.

- Ability to consume, process and display data from backend APIs.

- Experience with frontend validation, error handling and asynchronous API calls.

- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

- Experience developing enterprise-level single-page applications using ReactJS.

- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and reusable component architecture.

Azure Cloud:

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Service, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database.

- Deployment and hosting of Python-based applications on Azure.

- Experience containerizing applications and deploying them to AKS.

- Understanding of application configuration, secrets and environment management in Azure.

- Experience integrating applications with Azure storage and database services.

- Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, scaling and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of highly available and scalable cloud application architecture.

Technical Skills:
