Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Python to ensure seamless data processing and system reliability for our end users.

- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces to enhance user engagement and provide a frictionless experience across all devices.

- Architect and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure to optimize system uptime and reduce operational latency.

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and maintain high standards of code quality.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that engineering efforts directly align with long-term business objectives and market demands.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Python-based frameworks like Django or FastAPI, paired with modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular.

- Proven ability to architect and manage cloud-native environments on AWS and Azure, including proficiency in containerization and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional team members.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 7 - 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering.
