Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Python FullStack Developer to join our engineering team in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore. In this role, you will architect and scale robust web applications, bridging the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. By maintaining the integrity of our application architecture and streamlining deployment pipelines, you will directly influence the scalability of our platform and the overall experience for our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python, Django, and Flask to ensure high availability for our global user base.

- Develop responsive and interactive frontend components that provide a seamless user experience across multiple devices.

- Architect and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles and improve the reliability of production deployments.

- Optimize database queries and application performance to support high-traffic loads and improve system latency.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end web applications using Python frameworks like Django and Flask, with a deep understanding of RESTful API design.

- Proven ability to manage complex CI/CD workflows, ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes in cloud-native environments.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within agile teams.

- A track record of solving complex architectural challenges and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and proactive communication while working with distributed teams across Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad.

- Candidates should possess 6 - 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
