Role : Python Engineer, Agentic AI

Role Overview :

As a Python Engineer specializing in Agentic AI, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated intelligent agents and autonomous systems. You will translate complex business challenges into innovative AI solutions, leveraging large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and advanced machine learning techniques. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, AI researchers, and MLOps engineers, to build scalable and robust AI products. Your contributions will directly impact user experience, drive strategic business outcomes, and position our offerings as leaders in the evolving AI landscape by creating cutting-edge, intelligent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Agentic AI solutions using Python, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents for various applications.

- Develop and optimize advanced Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs), utilizing frameworks such as PyTorch, to enhance product capabilities and user interaction.

- Design and integrate Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve the accuracy, relevance, and contextuality of AI agent responses for critical business functions.

- Conduct rigorous prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs to achieve desired agent behaviors and performance metrics, directly impacting user satisfaction.

- Collaborate with AI Product Management to define technical requirements, contribute to the product roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered features.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage AI models and agent systems on cloud platforms, particularly Vertex AI, ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, contributing to the overall technical excellence and innovation within the engineering team.

- Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and research advancements to continuously enhance our Agentic AI capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming for developing complex AI/ML applications and robust software systems.

- Profound understanding and hands-on experience with Agentic AI principles, including multi-agent systems, planning, and autonomous decision-making.

- Strong command of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning fundamentals, with practical experience in building and deploying models.

- Proven ability to work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI techniques, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.

- Proficiency in PyTorch for developing and optimizing deep learning models, showcasing an ability to handle complex neural network architectures.

- Experience in designing and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance the knowledge base and contextual understanding of AI agents.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms, specifically Vertex AI, for model deployment, management, and scaling.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling challenging technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences and working effectively within cross-functional teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related quantitative field, providing a solid theoretical foundation.
