Python Developer - Workflows Development

We are seeking 2-4 skilled Python Developers to join our internal technology team. You will help design, build, and maintain tools and workflows that integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or similar. This role is not strictly focused on AI/ML engineering, but you should have practical experience leveraging LLMs to create real-world business solutions. You will also handle a variety of other development tasks for our growing company.

Responsibilities :

- Develop internal tools/workflows using Python, with a focus on integrating with LLMs (e. g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).

- Build and maintain automations and backend systems to support various business functions.

- Work closely with leadership to define and iterate on new software projects.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize new and existing systems.

- Take ownership of small- and mid-size dev projects from inception to deployment.

- Collaborate across teams (operations, support, management) to deliver effective, business-aligned tech solutions.

- Stay current with trends in LLM integration and workflow automation.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience (preferably in a fast-paced business setting). Will also entertain sharp, energetic Freshers.

- Solid understanding of LLM APIs and how to build or connect workflows to them (OpenAI, Gemini, etc. ).

- Experience integrating third-party APIs and building automations.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; comfortable handling multiple projects.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

- Bonus : Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical settings.

- Bonus : Exposure to workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc. ).
