Role Overview :

The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Python-based services, APIs, and automation utilities.

The role requires strong expertise in Python programming, cloud-ready architecture, API engineering, and full-stack development.

The ideal candidate will build modular, reusable components, integrate complex systems through APIs, and contribute to scalable deployments across cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.

This position involves end-to-end solution development-including UI creation, backend development, diagnostics automation, and DevOps integration-within a modern engineering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Python Development & Automation :

- Develop high-quality Python modules, utilities, and scripts with emphasis on modularity, abstraction, and reusability.

- Build automation workflows, validation diagnostics, and reusable frameworks aligned with engineering best practices.

- Implement robust exception handling, fault-tolerance, and reliability engineering techniques.

API Engineering :

- Develop, integrate, and optimize REST-based APIs for internal and external systems.

- Handle complex request/response interactions, data transformations, authentication, and security layers.

- Build and maintain API mocking frameworks for testing, validation, and simulation.

Cloud-Ready Architecture :

- Design and develop solutions aligned with serverless architectures using Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.

- Prepare Python services for cloud deployment with scalability, observability, and high availability considerations.

- Implement cloud-based integrations, storage interactions, and event-driven workflows.

Full-Stack Development :

- Build simple to mid-level front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or basic web forms for automation portals or dashboards.

- Develop Python-based backend services, APIs, and microservices.

- Ensure secure and seamless integration of authentication mechanisms, logging frameworks, and error-management workflows.

Azure AI & Machine Learning Integration :

- Work with Azure OpenAI or similar AI models to build intelligent automation and diagnostic systems.

- Integrate AI workflows with backend systems, APIs, or cloud-native components where required.

CI/CD, DevOps & Cloud Deployment :

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

- Deploy workloads in containerized environments such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or other Kubernetes-based clusters.

- Implement secure configurations, versioning, rollback strategies, and environment-specific deployments.

Code Quality, Testing & Documentation :

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and performance-oriented code following Python PEP8 standards.

- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automation test suites.

- Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and architecture diagrams as required.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python (scripting, modular design, utility frameworks).

- Experience with API creation, integration, request handling, and response parsing.

- Deep understanding of exception handling, logging strategies, and reliability engineering.

- Cloud serverless experience with Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI or similar AI development environments.

- Full-stack capabilities using React, Angular, or basic web forms.

- CI/CD setup using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

- Experience deploying and managing containerized environments (AKS or equivalent Kubernetes services).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, or messaging frameworks.

- Knowledge of security standards for APIs, cloud workloads, and data handling.

- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
