Job Description : Lead Python Developer

- We are looking for top tier lead python developers with deep experience in Python and Cloud.

Responsibilities :

- Team player : Delivers effectively with teams; interpersonal skills, communication skills, risk management skills

Technical Leadership :

- Strong product mindset : Works with ambiguous requirements, learns domain, customer problem, and drives clarity and completeness of requirements.

- Makes clear technical decisions and justify design choices

- Owns and drives feature delivery to customers

- Hands on coder : Leverages AI to drive implementation across Reactjs, Python, DB, UnitTest, TestAutomation & Cloud Infra & CI/CD Automation.

Requirements :

- Experience in scaling production environments in Cloud

- Hands-on experience in application design, system design, and data modeling

- Deep experience on Python Stack : Behave, PyTest, Python Generators & async operations, multithreading, context managers, decorators, descriptors

- Python frameworks : FastAPI or Flask or DJango or SQLAlchemy

- Expertise in Microservices, REST/gRPC APIs design, Authentication, Single Sign-on

- Some experience in FE : Js & Nextjs/ReactJs

- Some experience in DevOps, Cloud Infra Automation, Test Automation

- Strong computer science fundamentals : data structures & algorithms, networking, RDBMS, and distributed computing
