Roles and Responsibilities :

- Write effective, scalable code

- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

- Integrate user-facing elements into applications

- Test and debug programs

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Skills and Experience

- Product start-up preferred

- 1.5 to 5+ years experience in a primary role

- Mobile/Web application development (both preferred)

- Good software design thinking

- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end JavaScript applications.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Critical thinker and good problem-solver

More :

- 23 years of professional experience in Python development

- Strong understanding of programming concepts and best practices

- Proven experience in FastAPI or similar web frameworks

- Experience in deploying and maintaining REST APIs in production environments

- Familiarity with MySQL / PostgreSQL

- Any experience with Document Processing and ML frameworks in Python is a huge plus

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage

- Knowledge of Java / Spring Boot is a plus

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Qualifications :

Any Degree or Diploma (any B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.I.T. / M.I.T. / B.C.A. / M.C.A. / B.S. / M.S. or Engineering Diploma from any University or College in India or abroad) preferred but not mandatory. A good understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science matters more than any formal qualification or academic background.
