Python Developer - Frappe Framework

Description :

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience to work on Frappe/ERPNext-based projects and contribute to backend development using PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will build enterprise-grade applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to scalable solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom applications and modules on the Frappe Framework / ERPNext

- Design and manage PostgreSQL database structures, queries, and performance tuning

- Integrate third-party services and APIs into the platform

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

- Ensure code quality through proper testing, debugging, and documentation

- Participate in system design discussions to build scalable and reliable architectures

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing systems

Required Skillsets :

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL including schema design, complex queries, and performance tuning

- Experience developing applications on the Frappe Framework or ERPNext

- Solid understanding of backend technologies, REST APIs, and MVC architecture

- Good debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret technical requirements

- Must be available to work on-site in Bengaluru
