Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of microservices, data pipelines, test automation, observability, and cloud-native deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Design and implement distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous workflows using Celery or equivalent tools.

- Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and manage event-streaming systems such as Kafka including data contracts and idempotent workflows.

- Build robust test architectures using PyTest (fixtures, contract tests), Hypothesis (property-based testing), and Locust for performance testing.

- Implement and enhance observabilitymetrics, tracing, and loggingto improve real-world system reliability.

- Deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes with containerized CI/CD pipelines across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.

- Ensure secure service communication using OAuth2, TLS certificate management, and adherence to security best practices.

- Work within compliance frameworks like HITRUST, HIPAA, and FDA 510(k), including encryption, auditing, and evidence generation.

- (Preferred) Handle HL7/FHIR message parsing, composition, and secure data exchange in healthcare systems.

- Demonstrate a strong systems-oriented approach : embrace testing, automation, monitoring, and collaboration across the full stack.
