About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, with experience building scalable web applications and APIs. Candidates with full stack experience (front-end + back-end) are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components (React, Angular, or Vue preferred).

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Implement and maintain database systems both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 8 years of experience in Python development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (for Full Stack role).

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
