Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong backend development skills. The ideal candidate should be able to write clean and efficient code, work independently, and manage data integrations and performance improvements.

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong knowledge of Python programming and OOPs concepts.

- Solid experience with Django and Django REST Framework.

- Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.

- Strong practical experience with major Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-

learn.

- Ability to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.

- Build and manage RESTful API services.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Work with Python libraries as per business requirements.

- Improve application performance through effective optimisation techniques.

- Identify, debug, and resolve issues in code or logic.

- Work with at least one modern web framework (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

- Preferred (not mandatory) : Experience working with DataFrames (pandas, polars, PySpark) and basic SQL.
