- The ideal candidate will have strong backend service development experience and be able to design scalable, secure, and multi-tenant systems.

- The successful candidate will have hands-on experience developing platform services or backend systems using Python and a strong understanding of Django, FastAPI, Flask & PostgreSQL.

- They will also have experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as familiarity with programming languages like Python.

- Additional skills that would be beneficial : Experience modernizing legacy platforms, prior work in startups or fast-paced cross-functional teams, and familiarity with hybrid systems spanning cloud-native and on-premise architectures.
