Python Developer - Django/Flask

Job Title : Python Developer

Job Level : Individual Contributor

Shift Timings : 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities :

- AI/ML Integration : Work with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate generative AI algorithms and machine learning models into applications, enhancing product features and user experience.

- System Maintenance & Optimization : Identify and resolve bugs, improve system performance, and implement new features based on user and stakeholder feedback.

- Collaboration : Partner with sales, distribution, operations, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored, business-driven solutions.

- API Development & Integration : Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensure seamless integration with front end systems and third-party services.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing, code reviews, static analysis, and performance tuning to maintain high coding standards.

- Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and efficient future maintenance.

- Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python, Django, AI, ML, and cloud technologies; evaluate feasibility of new tools and approaches to keep solutions cutting-edge.

- Support & Training : Provide technical guidance to end-users and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective use of developed tools.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in REST APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and ORM frameworks.

- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn) is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment and scaling.

- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to front-end frameworks (React/Angular) is an added advantage.

Other Skills :

- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in regulated domains (finance, healthcare, etc.).

- Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, or big data frameworks.
