We are seeking a passionate Python Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our core engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software development principles and experience with modern Python frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django).

- Build efficient data processing pipelines and integrate with various databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 3-6 years of strong experience in Python development.

- Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework : FastAPI (Preferred), Django, or Flask.

- Proven expertise in building and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).

- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP (Google Cloud Platform), AWS, or Azure.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Docker for containerization.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery).

- Exposure to front-end technologies (JavaScript, React) is a plus.

- Understanding of data engineering tools (Pandas, PySpark) or AI/ML concepts.

- Experience with performance monitoring tools like Datadog.
