- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Python

- Build and consume scalable RESTful APIs

- Work closely with frontend teams to ensure smooth system integration

- Optimize database performance and write efficient queries

- Follow clean coding practices and maintain high code quality

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

- Strong expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL (schema design, optimization, complex queries)

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for backendfrontend integration

- Proficiency with Git and version control best practices

Nice to Have :

- Experience with scalable or high-traffic systems

- Familiarity with cloud platforms or containerization

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
