Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with 3-8 years of strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and REST APIs. The role involves building and optimizing backend systems, integrating APIs, and working with Google APIs and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.

- Design and optimize SQL databases including schema, queries, and data integrity.

- Build and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.

- Work with Google APIs and leverage GCP services (compute, storage, database).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure code quality through clean coding, documentation, and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend performance.

- Maintain clear documentation for backend systems and APIs.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of backend development experience.

- Strong programming expertise in Python (not just scripting).

- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Deep understanding of REST API design and development.

- Hands-on experience with Google APIs & GCP.

- Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
