Key Responsibilities :

Event, Telemetry & Learning Systems :

- Design and implement event-driven backend services to process system-wide operational events.

- Build success/failure classification engines for RCM workflows.

- Develop metrics and performance analytics frameworks across channels and clients.

- Implement route scoring and optimization logic.

- Detect failure patterns and anomalies using historical telemetry.

- Build learning datasets to support continuous improvement.

- Publish feedback signals to downstream systems.

- Manage rule, model, and configuration versioning.

- Enforce data retention and governance policies.

- Integrate monitoring and observability hook

Regulatory & Compliance Intelligence :

- Build data intake pipelines from regulatory bodies, clearinghouses, vendors, and EMR sources.

- Implement document parsing and interpretation engines for structured and unstructured content.

- Use LLM-assisted and rule-based techniques to extract, normalize, and validate regulatory rules.

- Classify regulatory impact on RCM workflows.

- Track effective dates, rule lifecycle, and versions.

- Map regulations to compliance workflows.

- Identify exceptions and compliance risks.

- Publish regulatory insights and alerts with full auditability.

Knowledge & Resolution Systems :

- Design knowledge ingestion and normalization layers.

- Build knowledge classification and validation engines.

- Develop resolution playbooks and governed rule authoring frameworks.

- Implement search and retrieval engines, including semantic search.

- Apply LLM-assisted summarization and retrieval with deterministic validation.

- Manage knowledge publishing, deprecation, and sunsetting.

- Enforce access control and security across knowledge assets.

Monitoring, Accountability & Operations :

- Build global alert intake and processing systems.

- Implement intelligent alert classification and escalation logic.

- Integrate ticketing and incident workflows

Required Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of Python experience in production backend systems

- Strong experience with event-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or similar)

- Experience building REST and async APIs (FastAPI, Flask, asyncio)

- Solid understanding of distributed systems and fault tolerance

- Experience with PostgreSQL and at least one NoSQL database

- Hands-on experience with logging, metrics, and tracing

- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP

Required Intelligence & LLM Experience :

- Experience integrating LLMs or NLP systems for :

1. Document understanding

2. Rule extraction

3. Semantic search

4. Summarization

- Familiarity with LLM orchestration patterns, including :

1. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

2. Prompt template

3. Output validation and guardrails

- Understanding of LLM governance, including :

1. Model and prompt versioning

2. Evaluation and quality measurement

3. Auditability and traceability

- Experience with rule engines or workflow engines

- Experience with observability or AIOps platforms

- Experience in healthcare, RCM, or other regulated domains
