Role Overview :

As a Python AI Technical Lead, you will spearhead the architecture and development of cutting-edge AI solutions that redefine how our business leverages data. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of AI-driven products, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security for our enterprise clients.

- Lead the design and implementation of advanced NLP and Generative AI pipelines to automate complex workflows and enhance user engagement.

- Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, rigorous code reviews, and continuous innovation.

- Collaborate with product leadership to define the AI roadmap, ensuring that technical initiatives align with long-term business objectives and market demands.

- Optimize machine learning models for production environments, balancing computational efficiency with model accuracy to maximize business impact.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex AI systems using Python, with a deep understanding of modern machine learning frameworks and libraries.

- Proven ability to architect solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP, with a track record of taking AI products from concept to large-scale production.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams effectively.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on building modular, maintainable, and high-performance codebases.

- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.
