Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Implementation :

- Design, develop, and deploy IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (7.2+) or SailPoint IdentityNow to address complex business requirements.

Application Onboarding :

- Onboard target applications into SailPoint using out-of-the-box (OOTB) native connectors as well as custom API integrations.

Rules & Workflows Development :

- Author, test, and optimize custom SailPoint rules (Connector, Aggregation, Provisioning, and Rule Groups) and automated lifecycle workflows.

Lifecycle Management :

- Implement user lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and process self-service access requests.

Governance & Compliance :

- Configure Separation of Duties (SoD) policies, access certification campaigns, custom tasks, risk scoring, and compliance reporting.

ITSM Integration :

- Integrate SailPoint platform with enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow for automated ticketing and access fulfillment.

Java Development :

- Write clean, efficient, and robust Java/Beanshell code to extend SailPoint capabilities and build custom connectors or plugins.

Collaboration & Maintenance :

- Participate in architecture reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, perform system upgrades, and collaborate with enterprise cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Key Requirements Core Experience :

- 3 to 8 years of overall experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions. At least 2 - 3 years of dedicated experience working on SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 7.2 or above) or SailPoint IdentityNow.

Technical Skills :

IAM Fundamentals :

- Deep understanding of core Identity & Access Management concepts, enterprise security principles, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and governance architectures.

Programming :

- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and strong hands-on Java / BeanShell programming skills.

SailPoint Components :

- Hands-on experience with Application Onboarding, Aggregation/Provisioning Rules, Custom Tasks, Custom Reports, SoD Rules, and Access Certifications.

Integrations :

- Direct experience integrating SailPoint with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Qualifications :

Certifications :

- SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Engineer or Architect SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Engineer Oracle Certified Associate/Professional (Java) Experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs, Directory Services (Active Directory/LDAP), and database integration (SQL)
