The Opportunity :

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation.

As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the architecture and delivery of innovative agentic AI solutions for banking and financial services. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business development, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders.

- Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions for the financial sector.

- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance business development efforts.

What You Must Have :

- Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Informatics.

- 16 years of experience.

- Oral and written proficiency in English required.

What Sets You Apart :

- Experience building enterprise AI platforms preferred.

- Knowledge of banking domains such as retail banking preferred.

- Experience with LLMOps and evaluation frameworks preferred.

- Familiarity with responsible AI and governance frameworks preferred.

- Excelling in executive communication and storytelling skills preferred.

- Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks preferred.

- Proven experience in banking and financial services preferred.

- Understanding of AI governance and operational controls preferred.
