Role Overview:

As a Technical Architect or Manager of Technology, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between high-level business requirements and robust technical execution. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise solutions that drive significant business value for our global clients. This role involves deep collaboration with stakeholders to translate complex needs into high-performance architectures, ensuring that our technical delivery remains at the cutting edge of industry standards while mentoring high-potential engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design scalable, resilient microservices-based solutions that meet complex business requirements and performance benchmarks.

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code delivery through rigorous HLD and LLD practices.

- Drive the modernization of legacy systems by implementing robust Java 8+ and Spring Boot frameworks to enhance system efficiency.

- Manage the integration of event-driven architectures using Kafka to ensure seamless data flow and real-time processing across distributed systems.

- Oversee the deployment and optimization of cloud-native applications on the Azure platform to maximize infrastructure reliability and cost-effectiveness.

- Integrate Artificial Intelligence and machine learning components into enterprise workflows to solve specific business challenges and improve user outcomes.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices, code quality, and architectural standards to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex microservices architectures using Java 8+ and Spring Boot within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to create comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation that aligns with business objectives.

- Strong proficiency in building responsive, user-centric front-end applications using React.js.

- Extensive experience in managing cloud infrastructure on Azure, including service orchestration and performance tuning.

- Advanced knowledge of event-driven messaging patterns using Kafka for high-throughput, distributed systems.

- Ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence solutions into existing technical stacks to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Strong leadership capabilities with 11 - 16 years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Flexibility to work across our various office locations in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, or Chennai in a hybrid working model.
