Publicis Sapient - Python Developer - Generative AI

Role Overview :

As a Python Developer at Publicis Sapient, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build innovative applications that leverage the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.

Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to leverage AI for enhanced business outcomes, improved customer experiences, and streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Python-based solutions for Generative AI applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance for our clients.

- Design and build APIs to integrate AI models with existing systems and new applications, facilitating seamless data flow and functionality.

- Deploy and manage AI models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), optimizing resource utilization and ensuring cost-effectiveness for our clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI development, promoting code quality, maintainability, and security across the organization.

- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools, identifying opportunities to improve our capabilities and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and optimal performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and techniques, including but not limited to LLMs, GANs, and diffusion models.

- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs for integrating AI models with other systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
