Required Skillset :

- Possess 8 to 16 years of professional experience with deep functional and technical expertise in Openlink Endur, specifically within the commodity trading and financial risk management domains.

- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Showcase a proven track record of leading large-scale ETRM implementations or upgrades, managing the full software development lifecycle with a focus on business outcomes.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid model across our Bangalore, Delhi NCR, or Hyderabad offices.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management, complemented by a solid understanding of market risk, credit risk, and trade lifecycle management.
