Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop robust desktop applications using Java Swing.
- Work on multi-threaded architectures and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and testing teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate or experiment with Gen AI-based enhancements (preferred).
- Participate in peer reviews, coding standards, and optimization discussions.
Desired Profile :
- Proficiency in Java Swing and Core Java.
- Deep understanding of Multithreading, Collections, and OOPs concepts.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot / REST APIs / Microservices is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
