Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing sophisticated web applications that bridge complex backend logic with intuitive frontend experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable software solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our technological roadmap, specifically by integrating advanced Gen AI and agentic AI capabilities into existing ecosystems to enhance user productivity and automate complex workflows. You will be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring that our platforms remain performant, secure, and aligned with modern industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support high-traffic enterprise applications.

- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs for an optimized user experience.

- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure, focusing on infrastructure automation and cost-effective resource management.

- Integrate Gen AI models and agentic AI frameworks, such as Claude or Copilot, into business applications to drive automation and intelligent decision-making.

- Optimize application performance and database queries to ensure high availability and low latency across distributed systems.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development sprints.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building complex, distributed microservices architectures.

- Proficiency in developing modern frontend applications using React.js, with a strong understanding of state management and component-based architecture.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, including services related to compute, storage, and serverless functions.

- Ability to implement and fine-tune Gen AI and agentic AI solutions, utilizing tools like Claude or Copilot to solve real-world business challenges.

- Strong command of version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid team environment.

- A minimum of 6 - 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
