Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering high-scale digital solutions that integrate robust backend systems with intuitive frontend interfaces.

You will work within cross-functional agile teams, collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, AI-driven applications.

Your work will directly influence the digital maturity of our clients, ensuring that the platforms we build are not only performant and secure but also future-proofed through the integration of modern generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-level applications.

- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js to provide seamless and engaging experiences for end-users.

- Integrate Generative AI and Artificial Intelligence models into existing workflows to automate processes and enhance decision-making capabilities for clients.

- Design and manage containerized deployments using Docker to streamline development cycles and ensure environment consistency.

- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS to optimize infrastructure costs and improve system reliability.

- Manage complex data structures and optimize query performance using SQL to support data-intensive business operations.

- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, with 7 - 12 years of professional experience in software engineering.

- Proven ability to implement AI and Generative AI solutions within enterprise software architectures to drive business innovation.

- Strong proficiency in microservices architecture, containerization with Docker, and cloud deployment strategies on AWS.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL database design, optimization, and management for high-traffic applications.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Gurgaon or Bangalore offices.
