Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Enterprise Engineer, you will serve as a technical anchor for large-scale digital transformation initiatives, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust, scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and client stakeholders, to design and implement end-to-end systems that drive business value. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance microservices to support complex enterprise workflows and ensure seamless system interoperability.

- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks into existing enterprise ecosystems to automate processes and enhance user decision-making capabilities.

- Design and maintain robust data streaming pipelines using Kafka to ensure real-time data availability and system responsiveness across distributed environments.

- Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using React.js that provide a seamless user experience while maintaining high standards of accessibility and performance.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, optimizing infrastructure for cost, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 8 - 18 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a deep understanding of enterprise-level software design patterns.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java and modern microservices architecture, with the ability to build and maintain complex, distributed systems.

- Exhibit strong expertise in front-end development using React.js, focusing on component-based architecture and state management.

- Leverage experience with Generative AI and Claude to build intelligent, agentic applications that solve real-world business problems.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code principles to deploy resilient, scalable applications.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and transparency across global teams.

- Adapt quickly to hybrid work environments in Gurgaon or Bangalore, demonstrating the ability to lead distributed teams and manage project delivery in a fast-paced consulting setting.
