Role Overview :

As an Agentic AI Architect, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated autonomous AI systems that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and senior client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust AI architectures. Your day-to-day involves architecting end-to-end solutions that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with agentic workflows, ensuring that our AI deployments are not only innovative but also secure, performant, and aligned with enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end Agentic AI systems that automate complex decision-making processes to improve operational efficiency for global clients.

- Lead the development of sophisticated LLM-based workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to ensure seamless interaction between AI agents and enterprise data sources.

- Establish robust microservices architectures that support the deployment of AI models, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance in cloud environments.

- Implement advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate VectorDBs to provide context-aware, accurate, and reliable AI responses.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for AI development, code quality, and system scalability to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex AI architectures with 9 - 15 years of professional experience in software engineering and system design.

- Advanced proficiency in Python for building scalable backend services and integrating complex AI frameworks.

- Proven ability to architect and manage Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and other orchestration frameworks to create autonomous workflows.

- Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and the lifecycle management of generative AI applications in production environments.

- Strong experience in designing microservices architectures and deploying them on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with VectorDBs and data indexing strategies to optimize information retrieval for AI models.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to solving ambiguous technical challenges.
